EtherPad is an online free collaboration tool, designed for simultaneously editing and instantly reflected on everyone's screen. Use it to collaborate on text documents, useful for
meeting notes, drafting
sessions, education, team programming, and more. EtherPad has recently been acquired by Google and will soon be part of their applications.
