10:30 - 11:00  Updating Web Publishing Practices Discussion

How has the increase availability of Web 2.0 tools impacted your

practices, policies, and procedures regarding content hosting on the

WWW.  Many schools have in the process of modifying old Web 1.0

policies and procedures to reflect the realities of Web 2.0 in

Education.  Where is your school at in the process? Come prepared to

share and support your colleagues by sharing your process.

11:00 – 11:15 – State of the State (Tentative update on Technology Plan Process)

Encourage districts to share links to innovative tech plans.

Location: of  December 12 MeetingDistrict Training Room at Milton Elementary School.  Walk in

the main door and check in.  Then tale a left.  I will have signs.Take I89 North to exit 17. At the end of the exit ramp make a LEFT turn,

go to the traffic light and make a LEFT onto Route 7 North. Follow Route 7

North 5 miles into Milton. You will come to a traffic light at our

shopping plaza, continue North on Route 7. Take your second RIGHT onto

Barnum Street. You will pass three residential properties and take the

first LEFT onto Herrick Avenue the school is approximately 300 yards ahead

on your right.FROM NORTHERN VERMONT:

Take I89 South to exit 18. At the end of the exit ramp make a LEFT turn,

you are now on Route 7 South. Continue on Route 7 South approximately 4

miles into Milton. You will pass the Arrowhead Variety Store on your left,

continue on Route 7 South but be aware the speed limit drops to 35 as you

cross the bridge into Milton. Continue on Route 7 south up the hill to

Rene's Store on your right and make a LEFT onto Mackey Street, go to the

stop sign, make a LEFT and you are at the school. If you miss Mackey

Street take the next LEFT onto Barnum street and follow the directions

above.
