This is a GEOSS activity. Joseph Thibault, et al. produced a Moodle class on Internet safety, acceptable use, research, and copyright. Moodle is available at: .The class is available online at VTLearn. Joseph also has a .zip file can be expanded on a moodle site to establish the course on that site. At this point, files with a .zip extension can not be loaded onto VTcite.
