Feedback
Eric,
You have some very good ideas and planning in this module. I particularly like the way you have it set up for teachers to create tech goals but also having the process facilitated in case they need more help. I think that some teachers will have a clear idea of their goals and others will need to talk through it. When I took the TechWorks course last summer Peter spent time with each of us talking through our projects and I found that quite helpful. I also like the PLC’s combined with the Moodle. That way people can discuss issues as a group and online if they have questions. I wonder at the 1 hour session if they can bring some materials that they can actually use to create their pages?
This is a very well thought out plan and is well written and concise. Ava
PD Model
Eric,
This is a well thought out plan. I really like the way you have allowed it to be individualized while remaining focused on curriculum requirements. I would be very interested to hear how it turns out and what the teachers choose to do with it.

Eric,
Impressive plan! It reads nice, clear, and concise. I like
that you outlined beliefs from the course right up front and your plan
stick to those beliefs. I think your plan is very realistic and
supported. You have a list of people identified to help with
implementation and responsibilities. I think that your evaluation
plan will yield some succint data. Nicely done!
Great DI for teachers
Eric--
Nice job--a very thorough plan. I like how you've specifically mentioned the research and tools you used to create this plan.
Your
table showing participants, their contribution, and reasons for being
involved is very clear and easy to follow and the Venn diagram is an
effective way to illustrate how the pieces all connect.
It looks
like your evaluation tool would be used at the end of a specific amount
of time. Do you have a method for ongoing evaluation, or do you plan to
reevaluate using this same tool at a later date?
