Bristol Elementary School PTO
(Parent/Teacher Organization)

We Believe... Parent Involvement= Student Success

The PTO's Mission is ... To improve the school.  Our main goals are to engage parents and support teachers

Our Strategy is ... To be inclusive.  We try to offer variety so parents can choose how they'd like to be involved.

The PTO sponsors a spring Artist-in-Residency program and coordinates fundraisers to pay for it and other PTO events as well as classroom activities.  In addition, the PTO:

  • Provides breakfast for teachers/staff on the morning of Parent/Teacher conference days in November and March

  • Delivers flowers to teachers/staff on Valentine's Day

  • Provides daily door prizes for teachers/staff during Educator Appreciation Week in May

  • Sponsors occasional "Parent Education" nights and "Family Fun" activities
